What you have found here is a novel titled The Only Revolution Left. You will see that it is a work in progress.
After many years as a spiritual seeker, I now spend much time contemplating the evolution of my spiritual journey in the context of today’s unique phase of American history; a moment when a conservative psychological perspective is at war with a multi-cultural one – both seeing the other as fascistic, backward, and for lack of a better word, evil.
It is obvious this situation has a high probability of not ending well; and that in order to get through this period of confusion with the minimum amount of suffering, we must all mature into more expansive identities that are capable of embracing greater and greater portions of our world, even to the point of truly becoming one with it.
The Only Revolution Left is written at the intersection of non-dual spirituality, developmental psychology, and the current state of American politics and culture. It is a meditation on how human worldviews evolve and how the external systemic revisions these internal changes bring can impact our collective future.
I plan for the final form of the book to include 12 narratives interwoven into an overarching vision for a future revolution in America. I am currently working on the first narrative which is the writing you will find on this site.
